SNØSKULPTUR HOVDEN 2009
 In November 2008, Agder Centre of Contmporary Arts in Norway announced 32 artists from 8 nations, they were chosen to participate in a snow and ice sculpture project at Hovden, in Setesdal. The creative team of expert, intermediate and beginner sculptors work to create 8 snow and 3 ice sculptures from Jan. 26 through Jan. 31. Opening night is Saturday January 31 at 5pm. The sculptures will be present as long as the weather permits...
 The mission of Agder Centre of Contemporary Arts is to promote art and artists from the southern region of Norway, while facilitating artistic exchanges that cross geographical and conceptual borders.
